Instructions

  • 1. Place the sliced chicken breast in a bowl; add 2 to 3 pinches of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano and a tablespoon of orange juice. Mix well and microwave for 15 to 20 minutes so that the chicken tenders.
  • 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan. Add the finely sliced carrots, the diced ginger and garlic, red chili powder, a pinch of salt and stir for about 3 to 4 minutes. Take it off the flame and transfer in a salad bowl
  • 3. Now, to the transferred mix, add the chicken, olives, grounded pepper, oregano, orange zest, olive oil and 3 tablespoons of orange juice. Mix well.
  • 4. Garnish with walnuts and the thin round slices of orange.
