Instructions

  • 1. Roast the nuts on low heat for 3 to 4 minutes with the cardamoms and then grind them to attain a mixture.
  • 2. Keep it aside. Peel the bananas and blend it with the ice cubes first, and then add milk and butterscotch ice-cream and blend again to form an even smooth mix.
  • 3. Pour into jug and add the saffron, stevia liquid concentrate and the roasted, grinded nuts to it.
